Thankful (100th Blog Post!)

Hi Everyone! So officially this is my 100th blog post. For that I decided to a post dedicated to all that's helped me on my journey so far by doing the Why I Blog Meme, found by me through Strawberrysingh.com

1. How long have you been blogging? 

My first blog post was in November of 2013. I had done a few blog post with my Wifey before then but Nov. is when I created my blog 

2. Why did you start blogging? 

Most of the credit of why I started blogging should go to my Wifey, Addi. She's the one who encouraged me to start and once I did, I found it was something I enjoyed and continued on from there. 

3. How many times a week do you post an entry? 

Usually I aim for 4-5 post a week. Sometimes more sometimes less depending on my schedule and real life.

4. How many different blogs do you read on a regular bases?

Just about anyone who is on my flickr account which I am on daily. There are far to many to list but you can see that some of my favs to watch are on my blogroll which I need to update as well. 

5. Do you comment on other peoples blogs? 

No, not really. I will favorite photos through flickr when I like something but typically I don't comment. Mostly I keep my thoughts to myself cause I worry people would take something I said the wrong way. 

6. Do you keep track of how many visitors you have?

I do keep track of my visitors. One reason I do is because each time I look it amazes me how many have looked at my blog.

7. Do you ever regret a post that you wrote?

Typically on my post I don't write a lot of personal aside from outlining details of items I'm blogging so in general no I can't say I've ever regretted my posts. 

8. Do you think that the readers have a true sense of who you are based on your blog?

I think they get a sense of my style, my personality doesn't always reflect my style though so I think its kind of on the fence with this question. I feel my readers get a sense of my style and a taste of my personality from what I do write but not the whole picture. 

9. Do you blog under your real name?

I blog under my second life name. I've never used my real name because I don't see a need too but anyone who reads my blog could find me inworld. 

10. Are there topics you would never blog about?

I'm sure there are but none that I can think of off the top of my head. I just blog what I feel I can make work and what I really like. 

11. What is the theme/topic of your blog?

Fashion, my personal fashion which I think covers a variety of styles. 

12. Do you have more than one blog? If so why?

I do, I have my original blog that I started with on a different site and then this one. I also had a real life blog at one point but it's long since been inactive. Why, well I started on a different site but found I like blogger a little better so made the change while I was still fairly new. 

13. What have you found to be the benefits of blogging?

I think one of the best things about blogging and being a part of the blogging community is all the new stuff I find. Since starting there are now many stores over that I have found and support. Being able to show off my personal style and how I would wear things is also a plus especially since actually check it out. I've also met a lot of people who had I not started blogging I probably never would have had the chance to talk to, so that's a nice perk as well. 

14. So, Why do you continue to blog?

That's easy because I love it. I like fashion and style in second life and blogging has become a fun thing for me to do as well as becoming a huge part of my sl. I'm glad I started blogging and I have no intentions of giving that up anytime soon.
